Professional Vantis
Version 1.0 — Effective date: 2026-07-25
This is a courtesy translation. The French version in French HTML version is the official version and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This text must be displayed before the first activation of a professional Vanti and remain available from each Vanti's product page.
1. "Professional" describes a domain, not a professional
The Vantis in the Savantis catalog — Language Teacher, Life Coach, and Investing and Trading Coach — are software. The word "professional" indicates that they specialize in a domain and maintain a progression dossier.
They are not professionals. No Vanti:
- is a member of a professional order;
- holds a licence, registration, certification or accreditation;
- acts under the supervision of a professional;
- is covered by professional liability insurance;
- has a fiduciary, therapeutic or agency relationship with you.
They replace neither a teacher, nor a psychologist, nor a psychotherapist, nor a social worker, nor a physician, nor an investment adviser, nor a financial planner, nor an accountant, nor a lawyer or notary.
2. An AI agent gets things wrong
Content produced by a Vanti is generated by a language model. It may be:
- inaccurate — a false fact stated with confidence;
- fabricated — a quotation, source, statistic, grammar rule, figure or case law that does not exist;
- outdated — a model's knowledge has a cut-off date;
- incomplete or biased — a decisive aspect may be omitted;
- inconsistent — two answers to the same question may differ.
Always verify against a reliable source before acting, particularly before a financial, contractual, medical, legal, academic or professional decision.
3. Vantis act in the real world
A professional Vanti retains the engine's full capabilities: web browsing, code execution, reading and writing files, API calls, MCP connectors, scheduled tasks, notifications, delegation to other Vantis.
- You remain responsible for every action taken within the limits you authorized (section 7 of the Terms of Use).
- Approval prompts do not cover every case and can fail.
- An action may be irreversible: sending a message, publishing, purchasing, deleting, transmitting an order.
4. Dossiers, memory and progression
Each professional Vanti maintains a durable dossier (profile, progression, goals, history). This dossier:
- lives in the isolated data volume of your workspace;
- is lost if your workspace is deleted (see the Data policy);
- is retained when you cancel or suspend the Vanti subscription, for as long as the workspace exists;
- is shared among the members of the same family workspace — it is not a private space per person.
Do not entrust a Vanti dossier with information you would not want to lose, or information the other members of your workspace should not see.
5. Billing
Activating a professional Vanti is billed in advance, for one month, in Savantis tokens debited from your wallet. Inference usage is billed separately, in addition to the Vanti subscription. The exact debit amount is displayed before confirmation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the exact access end date is shown to you. An insufficient balance at renewal suspends the Vanti without deleting its dossier.
6. Disclaimers specific to each Vanti
Each professional Vanti carries a separate disclaimer, which must be accepted individually before first use. Those disclaimers set out, for each Vanti, the legal obligations that fall on you and the extent of Recherche et développement laplanete's exclusion of liability.
| Vanti | Disclaimer |
|---|---|
| Language Teacher | Disclaimer — Language Teacher |
| Life Coach | Disclaimer — life coach |
| Investing and Trading Coach | Disclaimer — investing and trading |
7. Legal compliance — rules common to all three Vantis
You alone are responsible for the lawfulness of your use of a professional Vanti. For all three Vantis, regardless of domain:
- Strictly personal use. No Vanti may be used to serve, advise, support, teach, assess or manage another person's affairs, nor for the activity of a business or the practice of a profession (section 4 of the Terms of Use).
- No reserved activity or title. You may not use the content produced to perform an activity reserved to a member of a professional order, to use a reserved title, or to suggest that a professional was involved.
- Third parties' information. You may not place another person's personal information into a Vanti without the right and consent to do so, nor information for which a business or organization is responsible.
- Intellectual property. You remain responsible for the rights in any content you supply to a Vanti and in any content you subsequently reuse.
- Applicable laws. You must comply with the laws of Quebec, Canada and any jurisdiction concerned, including in matters of securities, health, professions, privacy, copyright, taxation, economic sanctions and commercial electronic messages.
- Consequence of a breach. A breach results in suspension or termination of access, and you hold us harmless from resulting claims to the extent permitted by law (section 14 of the Terms of Use).
8. Exclusion of liability — rules common to all three Vantis
To the extent permitted by law, Recherche et développement laplanete assumes no liability for:
- the content produced by a Vanti, including where it is inaccurate, fabricated, incomplete, outdated, biased or ill-suited to your situation;
- the decisions you take based on that content, including the decision not to consult a qualified professional;
- the actions taken by a Vanti within the limits you authorized, and their consequences for third parties;
- the loss, corruption or disclosure of a Vanti dossier, including within a shared family workspace;
- the interruption, suspension, modification or withdrawal of a Vanti, a feature or the Service;
- the absence of any result, progress or performance.
The cap and exclusions in section 13 of the Terms of Use apply to all professional Vantis. The Vanti-specific disclaimers add exclusions particular to their domain.
Mandatory limits. Nothing above excludes liability for bodily or moral injury, nor for intentional or gross fault (art. 1474 CCQ), nor anything that section 10 of the Consumer Protection Act prohibits excluding.
9. No guarantee of results
No result is promised: no learning progress, no achievement of a personal goal, no financial performance, and no gain of any kind.
